Not yet clearly psycho, but definitively desperate, no matter how hot your sister is. He may just be really, really, really out of practice. His last wife may have dumped him for being a simp, or may have had him so pussy-whipped that he thinks this is normal. He may have read too many pink-covered paperback romances when he was growing up, who knows. I'd think its probably worth it to see where it goes (and let's be honest, as a one-strike single mom with a baby her dating options are greatly limited), but your sister should definitely go into it knowing that this kind of reaction is not the "normal" way a guy talks to a woman who has taken his fancy and just ... keep an eye on it.

Caveat: If your sister has any money or assets worth coveting, I would run like hell, 'cause that would push my opinion straight into "con man trying to drain your bank accounts and then bury your rotting corpse in the basement after telling your neighbors that the two of you are taking a romantic 8 month world cruise."

Sorority sister apologizes for urging lies

COLUMBIA, Missouri (AP) -- A University of Missouri-Columbia student apologized Thursday for urging her sorority sisters to lie about their health to qualify as donors in a competitive blood drive.

Facing discipline from the university and Gamma Phi Beta sorority, Christie Key issued a letter saying she "failed to consider the consequences of my actions in suggesting that members lie about important health issues in order to earn points for our chapter."

In an April 6 e-mail sent to about 170 members of Gamma Phi Beta, Key wrote: "I dont care if you got a tattoo last week LIE. I dont care if you have a cold. Suck it up. We all do. LIE. Recent peircings? LIE."

Sure there's a few rough edges to round off, she needs to move more towards

"Can you really say for certain that you did? Memories can play tricks. Better be prudent and not make the positve statement." instead of the mis-step of encouraging lying.

Of course her "apology" is also troubling.

But still this shows great initiative for someone this young.

First off, if she sent you that to prove she is a desirable lady, she is clearly too insecure to have a healthy relationship. The word codependent comes to mind. She is perfect prey for this guy

Second, my instincts say that if he sayd he doesnt usually blah blha, then he usually does.

They both sound like trainwrecks, no pun. Maybe that makes them a match made in heaven. SHe should go out with him after she consults a psychiatrist about her low self esteem and the meeting should be in public.

I would recommend Blood Simple. It's a thriller and it's also the Coen Brothers' first film. Very dark, very very good. It's a true modern classic.

It was actually a tough call last night. Bill and Kwame have very, very different styles. If Kwame had involved himself more in what his people were actually doing and required some status reports, he should have won. And Burger was right. He could have fired Omarosa and he should have. What a fucking bitch. Not a plant. Just a bitch. She took every chance she got to throw him under the train. Even in the board room. I guess he's an idiot because he didn't see it coming and didn't handle it when it did.

They should have given Kwame the car at least.

Which management style do people think would work better in Trump's organization? I tend to think Kwame's calm, cool and collected, "nothing's a problem, I have everything under control" attitude would be better. Working for Bill would be a pain in the ass because he'd tell you to do things 100 times and he'd be checking on you all the time, but at least you'd know he has a handle on things.

What made me almost throw up is the fact that two of the things I hate the most -- shampoo commercials and Omarosa -- will converge to burn my eyes for the split second it takes me to turn the channel whenever it comes on. Herbal Essence, I think? God help us all.

can anyone help me on this
 

I think I may have a torn ACL. Has anyone here had one? I can still walk, but there is a horrible pain on the inner side of my knee (i.e., the side closest to my other kneee cap). It hurts a lot when I'm moving my knee from bent to straight and pushing off the ground. I'm trying to figure out whether I should hobble aroudn for a couple days until my knee feels better or whether this is one of htose ACL things and I need to make a doctor appointment.

I think that Kwame would make a much better fit in Trump's organization. I think that he'd actually focus on helping Trump and I think the Bill will spend his time pimping Bill. More importantly, when Bill works with grownups, if he checks on them 100 times, they'll bitchslap him.
