I occasionally run across Match Game on the Game Show Network, and she's almost always a guest, along with such 70's entertainment luminaries as Charles Nelson Reilly and Jo Ann Worley. Come to think of it, you could put together a pretty good Death Pool list from a typical early 70's Match Game panel.
Match Game is the perfect reason to buy Tivo! It is a wonderous show to watch late in the evening, to wind down your day.

Ms. Somers was a regular, but Mr. Klugman did fill in for her at least once.

Translation: None of the wives will do the sex on weekdays, and some of those Match Game people are hotties, especially if you imagine yourself DPing with a group of them.

Yeah, the ultimate in selfish Hollywood acts - father a child at 78 so the kid can have his own personal death pool going throughout childhood. Good riddance.

Gene Wood is dead. From this bio it appears that he could have been in your Match Game DP. http://www.geocities.com/rjs_bird/announce.html

I don't know how he felt about DP though.

Pretty remarkable that these two key figures died within hours of each other.

Not as remarkable as the fact that these two key figures also died within hours of each other. But that's old news. If you picked Jefferson and Adams in your death pool, shame on you, traitor.

I saw this too, but what will it really accomplish? You will still be tied for third with like, I don't know -- everybody else in the fucking pool.

there are 3 or 4 of us who don't have him, it won't settle much at the top, but us few non-Reagan pickers- Well, all we can wonder is if ncs has thought about a last place champ award.

I'm holding out hope for a murder-suicide pact with 50 Cent. If that doesn't work, maybe I'll tell Fitty that the Pope is fucking Jodie Foster.

Ronald Reagan RIP

According to the ticker on ESPN. CNN hasn't posted it yet.

Assuming he has died, I'll update the standings list on Monday.
