I am assuming that you were Batman and Mr. Man was Robin.

Ummmmm I don't think so. And then they don't show the Crazy Christians sketch? Whaaa?
It's on "wait and see" status with me. I'm curious how they are going to write Harriet. So far they haven't made her a cariacture but there are some fairly big inconsistencies in how she acts.

I'm still trying to understand why NBC put two "backstage at SNL" shows on in the same season.

The Robin costume was not quite tall enough for me (part of the reason for the discomfort), so I can't imagine how it would have worked on him.

Nah. Jokes should be recycled until they are deader than a straw. It was the way you did it -- like it just occurred to you -- that I was poking fun of.

So you're going to decide whether to watch based on how they define their christian character? Does that sound a little, uh, crazy to you?

nevermind, I was skimming badly.

Why pay for stuffed animals when you can just go out and pick up real dead animals for free?

My personal favorite was one year when we did Harold & Maude. Scary part was when an 8 year old ringing the bell got it.

Eloise (sic) and Abelard (a bit bloody, but see who gets it).
How do you show the castration? Does Abelard carry around a bloody set of "privates"? Does Heloise carry a baby with her nun's habit?

the problem with Ace and Gary is its too much like I dress normally.

Lots of the couple's costumes mentioned have the problem that the guy is just a guy in a suit. one year we go as Lucy and Dezi. Wife killed (except for the people that thought she was Bette Midler), I wore a 50s suit and kept saying "Luzey, you need a fizz-e-a-cia-trist " but it didn't go over.

Women are so aroused by humble ways, the mere thought of my refusing to brag about my remarkable accomplishments gets them so wet that their sopping pantyhose hang limply around their ankles as they frantically rub up against light poles and parking meters while imagining riding my cock, which may or may not be enormous in both length and girth -- I'm not saying because that's not how I roll.

But, Ricky, I want to be in the show! Waaaaaaaaaaah!

Not really -- right now it's more like I'm only watching because there is a central character who is a Christian and I am interested in how they will write her.

So far they haven't written "must see TV." So I might stop watching, despite the character, if the show doesn't interest me. Or I might stop watching if they resort to negative stereotypes for Harriet's character. Or I might continue watching even if I hate what they do with Harriet if the show gets really good (though the first two episodes don't bode well for the likelihood of this).
