Whitney Houston fans rejoiced when they heard that the singer was finally divorcing her bad-boy hubby, Bobby Brown. But now comes word that the legal action may actually have been a last-ditch effort to keep her man.

Earlier this month, Houston filed papers for a legal separation from her husband of 14 years after she found out that he had been having a “steamy affair” with “hip-hop video vixen” Karrine Steffans, according to the upcoming Star, which reports that Brown had even moved in with his mistress.

I'd dump Whitney for her as well.

I don't know what that means, but body aside (which appears to be amazing), her face is pleasant, even attractive, but not by too much. I see her with her hair up, wearing a suit and borrowing a brain and - voila! - she's an attractive lady lawyer.

Or maybe I'd think she's prettier if she'd cut her hair short - I think it would be nice on her.

It's definitely a matter of personal opinion, but I don't find her terribly attractive. It's at least partly because of the ghastly posing and angle of the photograph. It's also in part because the wig or dye job clashes with her skin tone. But in that photo, she doesn't strike my fancy.

I don't find her face arresting, either. But I was going for the constructive suggestions approach. Besides, like with the LA-blondes-types, I can acknowledge that there is some basic level of attractiveness (this woman appears to have a great body, and she is not ugly), even if it doesn't light my personal fire. She's kind of common (like a bunch of the pics around here lately), but I don't think it means, like TM said, she wouldn't catch your eye the tiniest bit if you walked by her on the sidewalk.
