You have just made the word completely pointless. If it holds no meaning, I could say that fish paste is attractive.

There is no doubt in my or anyone's mind that some people find you attractive -- your husband, for example (notwithstanding the weight thing). There is no one in the world who someone doesn't find attractive. Is that what you want me to concede? Because that's not an evaluation. That's a Stuart Smalley episode.

I was getting ready to vote in the Shifter poll, and unfortunately, my honest vote was not going to be wholly complimentary or fulfilling to him (or at least I imagine that to be the case)...

Anyhoo, my less than perfect vote started to feel at odds with my oath to be more kinder, gentler and well behaviouralised, and so, I decided not to vote....a second time (I had already voted once, before the above realisation hit me)....

Further, I decided that for me, and this is just for me and not a statement or judgment on anyone else, I am no longer ranking any of the members here (or their socks, individually and collectively) on subjective criteria such as their looks, ratios or weight et al etc. etc. I find you all beautiful in your own ways, except to the extent that you are not....

Anyhoo, in conclusion, I will continue to rate and judge people by objectively empirical criteria, eg: IQ, 5K PR, Leadville 100 PR, LSAT et al etc. etc., as and if applicable, but no more subjective ranking for me.

Ugly is truly rare, but unattractive is pretty commonplace. In this regard, ugly is exotic, and therefore attractive in its own way, while unattractive remains bland and, well, unattractive.
