I'm all for office casual. But this woman's idea of 'office' was clearly fleabitten-pullout-couch-in-her-pimp's-livingroom.
Wow. I know y'all think that people in the patch are tacky, but at least people who work in offices here know how not to be tacky, at least at work.

There are a couple of women here who I had previously thought of as tacky. I now realize that they are quite subdued, at least at work.

Yes, yes, you called me that yesterday. Please stop walking slowly past my office trying to assess my outfit today. I'm telling you IT ISN'T... NOT... TACKY!!

I think everyone here will acknowledge that you are mainly correct.

Hasn't The Family Research Council been trying to do that for the last 20 years?

Woman Only Dates On National Television Now
HOLLYWOOD—After stints on Temptation Island, The Bachelor, and For Love Or Money, 23-year-old bartender/model Angela Langdon announced Monday that she refuses to date anyone who's not courting her in a front of a national TV audience. "Unless there's the promise of a million-dollar payday, a romantic evening in the tropics, or a humiliating rejection in front of all of America, I'm not interested," Langdon told potential suitors. "Come with cameras, or don't come at all." Langdon also expressed a preference for network shows over those in syndication.
Are there any reality TV shows in syndication? I always figured that the downfall of reality TV will be when the networks and studios realize that they can't sell the syndication rights because no one is going to watch Survivor reruns on FX. The big money in television always has been and always will be syndication.

Road Rules is in syndication. They play it on some no-name local station here. When I say no-name, think UPN (I have no idea whether or not that channel is UPN here). Maybe Real World is too, but I haven't seen it yet. Too bad because then you all would sit around with IT WASN'T... NOT... FUNNY! stuck in your heads.

If that 24/7 Reality Network takes off, I guess any shows from the genre will have a chance to earn some cash...

I sorta assumed they meant Blind Date, Shipmates and the like. The ones that are on during the day with ads for PI lawyers, medical assistant correspondence schools, and early payouts on your lottery/PI settlement.

Plus he's from Virginia, where they maybe have horse trainers or whatever. Or pig farmers, but I bet they wear smocks. Jeans + boots and possession of a cowboy hat do not a cowboy make.

Most of the real cowboys I know generally wear jeans, a tee shirt and whatever shoes are most comfortable. They also use ATVs or bribes of bales of hay to drive cattle.

Most of the "cowboys" at the rodeo wear Wranglers and button down shirts in bright garish colors. My understanding is that they own three sizes of Wranglers. Largest for practice, medium for when they're in the wring, and the smallest when they're out with the ladies.

If you're not Chef, small jeans or pants just don't work.

We must have talked about this at one time, but I can't remember. Has anyone had this done and if so, would they care to share their recommendations (or non-recommendation)?

(Yes I know this is not a substitute for medical advice and I am doing other independent research - just curious).

thanks.

etc, and the board wouldn't let me post all of the pictures in one post due to size limitations.
so of these guys, which ones are the most likely to keep up the whole makeover thing?

From an SO to help standpoint, I think that the analysis is as follows:
John V. and John B. seem like they're going to have a lot of help from their SOs. George K. and Brian S. looked like they picked up SOs almost immediately afterwards because of the makeovers so they will have incentive. Tom K., I'm betting, and we know Andrew L., thanks to Thurgreed's inside info, have lost their SOs after the show. Adam Z's wife was as hopeless as he was so I'm not really seeing that one as keeping up. I missed the ep with Vincent T, so I have no comment there.

Decor wise, I think that Andrew L., Adam Z and Brian S will revert to the slobs they really are. George K, I don't really have a feel for since it sounded like his girlfriend cleaned out the place when she left him. The Armenian chick will make sure that house stays good. The LC1 chairs in John V's house will be in the next neighborhood garage sale. The others, I think will keep things up a little but it will be very, very messy.

No, because the only thing it's ever used for is marking his underwear.
