Someone more erudite than me can probably trace the Stallone quote to a person who could actually read and write, I'm sure.

They're baaaa-aaack! All of the old GA boards at infirmation.com are up and have this message from "sock for the man":

"The Greedy Associate Boards experienced outages and technical issues this week. We believe the problems have been resolved and access to the boards is now restored.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience."

I guess rumors of their early death were somewhat exaggerated.

Nope. It just looked like the old boards might have died, and if they had, I was gonna write about it on my stupid weblog.

Headlight thanks you for the kind words. Today happens to be Headlight's 40th birthday -- a fact that does not please Headlight at all. So Headlight could use all the kind words he can get. Cheers!

Sorry Mullet, I guess you and I were on at the same time and you are right, censorship did kill that board. I go back to the Tucker Max era (summer associate gone bad) and it was fun while it lasted but I'm glad we have a new home.

P.S. If anyone is interested in what has happened to Tucker Max, you can find him and all his self appointed glory atwww.tuckermax.com
i recently had a misfortune of seeing part of that show on mtv where tucker max is out trying to have sex with the sluttiest women that they could find. once i realized who that pompous ass of a guy was, it was pretty amusing.

i'd think that someone as repulsive as he is would have lower standards for women, but then again he seems about as egotistical as just for fun (hmmm).
