I am not the seller (if I were, I would not be needing someone else to take me through it) so I can't arrange for there to be a virtual thingy. 20 minutes is longer than she appears to be alloting for me to see the house, anyway. There is only minimal information about this house on the seller's agent's website. It did not have dimensions of rooms or anything. Just square footage and number of bedrooms and bathrooms, and some stuff about a new range.

Can you understand this? If not, PM PLF and he will explain to you.
Why bother? what's to see? A bunch of rooms, a bathroom, a kitchen. So what?

Those college spinsters are much too mature for me...

So that guy and that girl from the OC are dating? Isn't she 17 and he's 25? Yikes.

doesn't sound like it from this description:

Garcia, 33, was driving a white Lincoln Navigator at 1:50 a.m. on Jan. 14 in the company of two young women — ages 18 and 20 — and a 34-year-old man when San Jose State University police pulled him over near campus reportedly for failing to stop for a red light and weaving

sounds Coltranesque.
Perhaps he and the other dude were going to give the girls some decorating tips for their dormatories?

Of course, I'm sure someone will counter my theory with a snide reference to Peter "The Redecorator" North, so I'll just head that off at the pass.

Thank god. I was afraid it wouldn't receive all those PMs I've been sending.

Less (yeah, he had "a few" drinks) inSF
Yeah, but how much sausage did he have?

Holy crap, that is ridiculous. I am the proud owner of one of those portable breathalyzers, and the one time I approached .20, I was an absolute puddle. Literally almost non-functional... I felt like I was in slow-mo. I think the only reason I was still conscious was that I drank slowly for 8 hours or so.

On another note, I am alone in my belief that Garcia is gay? (NTTAWWT, of course) The few times I have seen him interviewed or on commercials, I have distinctly had that impression.
Ummm, no. See the subject line of my post of a few days ago:

Given that I couldn't remember why I put all but one of you on my ignore list in the first place, I've deleted my ignore list except for one person (and you know who you are). I thought it was the fair thing to do.

listen ncs, I know you are sensitive about your small breasts, but I hear if you take those soy supplements like Paigow, they will grow. They may hurt a bit, but at least it's all natural.

Speaking of veggies, an english girl (visiting) just recently referred to splooge as "gentleman's relish"...

Well hey there, little darlin'. Of course you're hungry! Everyone gets hungry when you're talking about sausage. Even though it's not yet Sausage Awareness Month, I can tell you're one eager beaver, so here's a link (hoo boy!) to some of my favorite sausage recipes.

Do you have someone to cook for you, or should I send someone?
