Acuvue Oasys with Hydraclear.

I've tried every contact lens out there. I have dry eyes that generate some serious protein build-up. I've never worn comfortable contacts until the Acuvue Oasys. I will eventually get LASIK (or whatever it's called), but I'm now going to hold off for a few years.
I got LASIK between my 1st and 2nd years of law school.

It was the best thing I've ever done that involved a laser and my eyeballs.

Re: hair buildup, I don't get it either. Maybe *someone* is using too much product? Or I was right about the misreading of fekkai. Enzymatic cleanser for contacts (protein removal) might be helpful.
I don't get it either. My hair looks good with pretty much anything in it. I buy my products at Whole Foods and alternate depending on what's on sale/what smells good. I don't use any gels or special conditioners or sprays on it, and I don't go out of my way to style it. I get it cut four or five times a year, and that's pretty much it.

Sad, really.
But there was also precious. Don't forget that.

Same here. I think I have had saltwater buildup when I have swum in the ocean for a long period of time (god, I wish I were doing that right now), but I don't know what other kind of buildup there could be. Maybe it is because I have boy hair.

You can't not wash your hair every day because you wash your hair every day?

Is that really what you are trying to say?

No I can't not wash it every day.

My roots of hair would be oily. It is just my hair type.

I confess that I covet your hair.

I had a long conversation with a certain long-haired fellow about whether my hair would even do what your hair does if I cut it just like yours.

The consensus was that it would not.

I'm considering growing my hair pointy, too.

Yeah, I don't think I have either. The girl who cuts and colors my hair told me to stop washing my hair so often, so now I don't wash my hair more than 2 or 3 times a week, and it's gotten much softer and shinier. Plus the color lasts longer.

I actually never wash my hair with shampoo. I rinse it with water and put conditioner on it and then rinse that out. The color lasts much much longer and it doesn't dry out. And I don't have to buy shampoo!!

I always suspected that you were intimately familiar with Dilbert cartoons past and present and were just waiting to deploy your knowledge at the right moment. And yet I did nothing. I have no one to blame but myself.

I don't color my hair I have no grey.

I wanted to highlight it but afraid to mess with the base. I will wait until I grey to do so and maybe do caramel highlights.

Those of us with mousy droopy hair are required to wash it everyday, with shampoo. The rest of you can go to hell.
