Is one block backtracking? It might as well be your home gym. You'd have to carry your suit/work clothes to. And imagine what happens if you forget to bring a bra!

If my gym were a block from my house, I might actually go to it.

I still have it. It's called a butt reformer or something like that. It's a seat cushion that allegedly tones your ass. I think it works because it forces you to sit straight. My ass is definitely more toned since I have been using that, but I don't know if that is a function of the butt reformer or the fact that I have been working out a lot lately.

I've been doing the same thing lately. I'm doing a bootcamp (four two hour workouts a week for five weeks) through my gym and I get there by 5:30 on some days. When I'm done at 7:30 (which is well before I wake up on most non-bootcamp days), I go home, shower, play with the dogs, even take a 30-45 minute nap.

we had a kitchen, then we took over new space that also had a kitchen (running water). I convinced several of my partners that they would benefit from a shower, so they could work out. A few did at first, but I'm really the only one using it.

I think courting fringey helped me develop the skills to sweet talk them into believing they wanted to workout.

None of the guys here disparage your wife's talents.

I was thinking of a different picture. Not quite as I remember it, but it gives you an idea of why I asked.*

I'm doing a lot of other things to make my ass and back look better and I spend quite a bit of time burning calories at the gym, but I'll let you know what I think as this experiment progresses. So far I'm finding myself sitting a lot straighter, and I'm happier with the experiment now that I have the thing fully inflated. Earlier, I was sagging so much I could barely

I may even be inspired to roll back and do crunches every now and then.

Could be the new trend in office decor in my office.
That's funny, I just replaced my office chair with a waist deep pool of shit.

You know, Penske does his absolute best to make this the most newber-friendly environment possible, and then little snippy vapidites like you come along and take your pathetic little pot shots. It is no wonder that you drove away our administrator, perhaps the most patient and beloved member of the Lawtalkers community. You should be ashamed. Newbers, I beg you to pay no mind to the few bad apples in the bunch. Penske, keep doin' what you doin', bro. You know what's right in your heart. Stay true to that.

this is cold, and you know it's not true. while RT is much loved, another is most beloved, and he deserves the recognition. go back and edit?

I said "perhaps." I leave wiggle room where subjectivity is concerned. I am wise beyond my relatively few years.

Your failure to punctuate has been adequately addressed by others. And this transgression pales in comparison to your unwarranted attack on the Newber-welcoming tendencies of Penske. As someone who has had her share of difficulties with the inner circle of cool on this board, I am surprised that you would not be sympathetic to the trials and tribulations of the Newber. But maybe now that you have a date with Thurgreed, you fancy yourself as having moved from hazee to hazer. And the self-perpetuating cycle continues ...............

Question: Was Klaus Kolerman the guy who owned the Catskills resort in that fine Patrick Swayze/Jennifer Grey-with-her-old-and-vastly-superior-nose feel-good movie, Dirty Dancing?

I thought that was Kellerman*.

*I'm embarrassed to know that, although I only do based upon the ridiculous amount of times I have found that piece-of-crap movie playing on the television on any given weekend when I walk into the room.

imdb informs me that Kellerman's first name was Max. For some reason, I was thinking Morris. Weird that.

That's because, by New York State law, at least half the male population of the Catskills, permanent and transient, must be named Morris.

I don't think a receding hairline creates a widow's peak, does it? Not to be a timmy, but I believe a widow's peak extends from the original hairline.
