Congressional offices hand out inauguration tickets on a first-come first-served basis. Smashing, although, a few times, back in the day, after a looong night out, I walked out of both of Garrets and the Tombs (not at the same time) into sunlight. so it wouldnt be the first time.

Surprisingly, I was always well behaved at the memorials and museums in DC. Unless you count the old RFK as a memorial. I had a little brush with the law there, which involved expressive behaviour.
