(I ran into Kevin Bacon at the local Ames when it was on its last legs -- he was getting cut-rate cleaning products, iIrc.)

Back in the day when it was independent, M&F was pretty cool, but under May it became total CRAP. The Macy's store brands are better than the May store brands (especially when it comes to housewares--I have some items from the Herald Square Cellar that are going strong 10 years after leaving NYC), so I'll probably be heading back at least to check it out.

I do semi-regularly shop at Nordstrom, and when I was working next door I'd pop into Saks to peruse the sale racks (they marked things down further than Nordstrom did before sending them off to Off Fifth v. The Rack).

Foleys was nothing particularly great, so no one is up in arms about the change over to Macys here (except all the people who worked at Foleys). It's just a question of what's going to happen to the Macys in Galleria 3, since the Foleys in Galleria 4 is the nicer and newer store.

I avoid the Galleria so I'll probably never know the answer to that little mystery until the next time I have to go to the Apple Store.

You can me the wife to my Jack Spratt. Let's start licking that plate clean.
Breasts on left, but I don't like her face. Face on right, but I don't like her breasts (agree too big).

OK, I am sooooooo procrastinating if I am commenting on how women look.

I have a sweater-dress that is a lot like that bathing suit on the right. I don't quite, um... fill it out like that, but I bet it's Missoni.

Thanks for making me scroll back to check for faces. I didn't see them at first.

Speaking of the Apple store and Macy's, I was in Macy's today and they had a giant iPod vending machine. I actually bought a wall-charger thingy, since I lent mine to my brother this summer, which means I'll never see it again.

If you ever have it, would you feel comfortable peeing all over yourself in public?

This comment felt mean, even to me as a typed it. What a horrible thing to be known for. Will she ever live it down? Although maybe it has gotten her fan mail from RT's sister's would-be suitor?

Honey, if I had that stomach, you cannot imagine the things I would do in public.

Perhaps, but the colors - don't seem right.

And Fringey - you think you're procrastinating? I just looked at a bunch of swimsuits that I'll never wear.
