This morning at the gym I saw the meat in the sandwich that Coltrane posted yesterday. Or, possibly, her twin.

She was wearing too much clothing to be certain. But man-oh-man. Oh man oh man. I nearly broke my jaw on the elliptical thingy.

You should still have your penske face oun four this. The "have" could be an extra affirmative, or something. Past perfect? I mean, we say things like "I've received the letter" or "I've fucked that guy, I think, a few months ago."

Maybe all those are wrong, but I'm remembering "have" as a helping verb as well as a "real" verb indicating possession.

  • Perfect aspect
    The auxiliary verb have is used with a past participle to form the perfect aspect; for example, the sentence "Peter has fallen in love" differs from "Peter fell in love" in that the former implies some connection to the present — likely that Peter is still in love — while the latter does not.

Interestingly, when I saw Ong-Bak, there were a lot of women there in the movie theater (not sure if they were just dragged by their boyfriends or what), but no one appeared to complain.

Maybe this is the prole in me speaking here but "I've got" sounds to me on par with "youse guys" which makes my skin absolutely crawl.

2. but the outdoor seating restaurant I wanted to go to closed its outside seating, so i had to sit- got a table by the window BUT that's smoking so its taking a chance. And yes someone with a cigar ends up at the next table.

Sorry F., had fish. A restaurant should not serve fish within 50 feet of where they let people smoke cigars.

my mother in law explained it to me regarding the Pa. license plates "you've got a friend in Pa."

Perhaps you would like to take this up with Mrs. Kravitz?

Correct. He's all I've got. Because Travis Henry has turf toe. It's the same falsely classy thing as using "myself" instead of "me" in a sentance. I hate that.
