You mean Jean-n-n-nine? I'll no longer be able to meet anyone with that name and keep a straight face. Tolliver turns out to be the psycho-est psycho of the bunch. Love it. As an unabashed fan of the show, on the one hand I would have liked tons of action, but on the other hand I appreciate all the machinations and strategizing that went down so that it didn't turn into something much much worse. I also liked how the show that started with Wild Bill brought his memory back into play in the final few episodes.

Question: Did Langrishe convince Hearst to leave? Or had he already decided? Was Langrishe's befriending of Hearst a factor in Hearst deciding not to do-for Swearingen?

I didn't watch, but I did DVR it. This is another reason to love Tivo, because I hate watching awards shows but always want to see the dishy moments. But I did see the last 2 minutes of the pre-show where Nancy O'Boobs was interviewing Annette Bening and Warren Beatty, and it was so impossibly awkward I can't even describe it. I'd be surprised if the two of them still slept in the same room.

Also, I thought Tim Gunn looked surprisingly non-natty. He's not a fantastic dresser, what with the sports jacket over jeans look, but his suit looked 2 sizes too big. And I was disappointed to see him there -- not that I blame him for taking whatever opportunities he can, but I'd hate to see him be as overexposed as Carson Kressley was.

He was pretty funny. His song and dance slam of NBC ("Trouble With a Capital T") amused me. I also liked the bit about the gift bags being taxed -- something along the lines of "Gerorge W. Bush keeps stickin it to the working man."

And the answer is that I don't know if the Emmy is eligible for an Emmy. It seems like the Oscars win every year.

NY was easy for me too.

I came alone for 2 months w/o everyone to live with my in laws first before we could find suitable housing. I learned the grid [streets] fast and was able to get a job in 48 hours.

I'm a hard worker so I was able to become more a manager type in a matter of months. I'm agressive so I asked everyone directions, and EVERYONE was nice. I was able to easily increase salary and do some OT. It's a great gig. I love the city.

FYI, I purchased a TSA approved lock for my luggage and apparently this is deterrent enough for the lazy TSA guys not to open your luggage.

No. You'll find that it's deterrent enough for them not to use the key, but rather to use the bolt cutters to remove it. Just give it a couple more trips.
