ME TOO!!!! I would actually wear that, even though my name is not KAYNE. Is Mulan one of those, you know, "funny" boys too? I am on the fence re Mulan. Foreign people can get away with a lot of behavior in my book and I chalk it up to a cultural difference rather than anything else.

I'd say Mulan is probably gay.
Did I tell my gay or european story here already?
Fine, I'll tell it again. (ppnyc alert - long post coming)
Went on vacation a few years ago with two gay guys and another woman. We got two rooms - I roomed with one gay guy I'll call Robert (because that is his name) and the other woman roomed with the other gay guy. Jeff and Robert thought it would be kind of fun to act like we were hetero couples. Jeff could pull of ambiguously gay, but Robert was rather, um, flamboyant. But Robert had a gay (ha!) old time pretending to be straight, playing volleyball with all the frat guy dudes that were there. All the while, his only swimsuits were these tiny little speedo-types and boyshorts. And he was talking with his Texas drawl.
So, last night of the vacation, they all went into town (Playa del Carmen) and I stayed at the resort because I wasn't so into whatever trouble they were going to try to get into in town (we had a very long night the night before in town). I'm sitting at the bar with people we met that week and one of the women says something about my cute gay friends, so we are talking and one of the volleyball guys walks up mid-conversation. When he heard that Robert is gay, he said "He's gay?!? I just thought he was European!"
Oh, how we laughed. Still one of my favorite lines of all time.
