Justin is bi-racial. His father is black, his mother is white. Through most of the competition, they only showed him with his mother and his step-family. The last couple of episodes, they had his father who was like the police chief of Atlanta or something in the audience.

Apparently, it's obvious to black people that Justin is black. I can never tell . . . though I hope that's from having grown up in a multi-ethnic extended family (and not from being a complete dumbass).

It's not that big of a deal... If he's a public figure and half-way good looking, I would imagine he gets hit on all the time in clubs and places like that. NTTAWWT

She is classic working actress who gets hot boyfriend and ensuing publicity.

Like Gwyneth before Emma, she is a working actress who suddenly got thrust into the spotlight by virtue of her sex symbol boyfriend. I had apaprently seen this gal in a few movies (clueless, that reese witherspoon movie) but could never have told you her name or even remembered her as the same actress. But sudenely I know who she is bc I keep hearing about her and Ashton Kucher.
