I'm not saying he's not still the best. But I think Butch made him the best that he could be. As soon as he got overconfident and got rid of him (although I think he may still consult with him occassionally), he went from winning everything to just winning a lot. And as you said, even a slight change has a huge effect on your game. Classic "believe your own hype" syndrome.
