I may spell labor and defense wrong somtimes from reading to much print from England but at least I don't use their phrases.

Sebstian - have you been reading the Economist again?
Pu-lease. He was listening to the Pistols.

You say this as if there's a well-funded grass roots organization laying the groundwork for that glorious day.

Haven't you read Paigow's accusations?

Apparently, the funds you guys donated to Lawtalkers are my personal bank account.

I only read the journal when people send me links or if I have finished the weeks Economist. Ask Less - it is a sick addiction. When we were roomates it came a day late and I started to freak out (driving all over town looking for a copy and back in 1991 you couldn't find the Economist anywhere but the airport) and Less almost had me committed. I started reading it when I lived in London and along with Guiness and Shepards pie, I have never been able to kick the addiction. London had a really bad influence on me. Screwed up my spelling and erased my tan.

Huh. Go figure.

(I also don't understand why Holocaust Remembrance would be offensive to Muslims -- that's stupid. Though I do suspect you're right about the reason behind that as well.)
Good to see you've decided to think rationally, at least for 1 day :)

With that 500 bucks behind you, I can see how its only a matter of time before America's voters see it your way.

Like 90% of Egypt, for instance.
The Jews? Or Israelis/backers of Israel? Despite repeated efforts on all sides to state the contrary, the two are not synomous, and have very little meaning when discussing the Holocaust.

Hey, Moveon.org had only $17.50 until George Soros chose to bankroll them.

Otherwise, I plan on taking my cue from Air America (i.e. embezzling the rest).

But you're in CA now - didn't the tan genes reassert themselves? Or does that not apply above Santa Barbara?

Nice Sidd, always make it personal. Scatologically. Really classless and puerile. Congrats, the Clintons have taught you well.
And Rove and his forebears have taught you well. Use names like "culturalists of death," then claim that there was nothing personal about that comment.

What's so hard to understand, I am against abortion on demand to the extent it now exists and think the law should reflect a greater requirement for personal responsibility. I do not think a 5 day fetus' rights trump those of the mother. At some point I think society's interest shifts from protecting the right of privacy (where is that one again) of the mother to protecting the right to life of the unborn child. I would say that line is about at the end of the first trimester.
What's so hard to understand is that you call people who agree with you, or who would place the line in only a slightly different place, "culturalists of death."

As always, the constant name-calling vitriol serves its own ends for you.

I start to worry when you respond to yourself. When Penske does it (daily), I understand -- it's his burning desire to transform this board into his own personal circle-jerk. When you do it, I wonder if everything is ok.

Which reminds me that it's impressive how much less concern for states' rights the Republicans had when the life of a brain-dead women in a swing state was at stake than they did when the question was whether to mobilize federal resources to help New Orleans.

Apologies if someone said this in the last twelve hours.
