Intersting. I have never met, nor did I ever think I would meet, so many people who never used drugs unti l I became a lawyer. I dont think I knew a single person in college who hadnt smoked pot at least once. I am certain the stability of a legal career is very appealing to the risk averse, but I also thought it appealed to the greedy who often tend to have at least tried pot once in my experience. I can remember being in college and the issue of pot came up during a presidential campaign and I was certain that in not so long an amouint of time, it would be impossible to elect a president who hadnt once at least smoked pot (this would happen once all the old codgers died out). Now I am not so sure. THis is very strange . I am having a sebby moment of alienation. I work in a field of sunny bunnys and robust puppies. maybe i dont belong in this profession.

Is minor league hockey entertaining enough to sit through just to see a band I love play a concert following the game?

Are you kidding? In comparison to the game the band will turn out to be a disappointment. I suggest watching Slap Shot before you go -- you will get some great pointers on wringing more enjoyment out of the game.

You might even pick up some hottie up and coming hockey hunk and forget the band altogether, but Gwink would know more about that stuff than I would. :D

damn, scooped by a spinster.

Take heart. There are still many of us who never would have gone to law school were it not for the lasting effect of drugs.

Yes. I think Fire Island whenever I read it.

But I'm sure Benchley never read the quest literature that went before. Probably came up with the entire idea while baked on a beach in Nantucket.

Though I note I was surprisingly charmed to see Tom Lemke on Angle last week.
I'm so glad in those last episodes of Buffy they saw the potential in Tom Lemke and gave him a bigger role. He's hysterical.

Apparently I "mooned" the gym class in HS, but I (still) disagree with the school's definition of mooning. It was a minor plumber butt at best.

That was the first of my suspensions...
