Has anyone else ever been driving along, oh let's say on the way to work, and seen a car that is kind of bizarre and wanted to follow it, just to see where such a car might be headed? Because I saw a royal blue boxy-looking* aged convertible with white leather (or pleather) uphostery, including uphostered roll-bar things on the backs of the two front seats. No license plates at all (which is not unheard of here apparently because of how getting the plates works, but normally people have dealer advertising where the license plate should be). I really, really wanted to know where it was going.


*Like how Toyotas looked 15 or 20 years ago

Not at all hot. It was just about the car. Which may have been more of an electric blue than a royal blue. Somewhere in that range.

When I've had the time, and it was something I wasn't familiar with, yes -- I have.

I tried to follow a guy in a brand new Bentley the other day. But only because he looked like Spud Webb, only younger. And maybe shorter. The guy driving was really short. And he looked ridiculous in the Bentley. So I thought well maybe it's not his car and he doesn't want to fuck with the seats. But then I saw him again a few days later. But I didn't follow him because I was on my way to lunch and I was really really hungry.

And I tried to follow a guy in my neighborhood in a brand new Lamborghini Gallardo. But ha. By the time he hit 2nd gear I was dust.
