It's a faux sandwich. you eat it with a knife and fork. Once Pandora outed me, it really freed up my diet options.

That one is good for cleaning machine parts, yes. When I pull up their web page I get warnings about safe handling and disposal. I hear they drink it in the Pacific Northwest.
