And shouldn't that have been "w to the ho-re"?
The "W" is silent, so no.

You are just jealous because the strippers in MPLS are more giving than the ones in NYC.

I'm clearly missing something here.

Does Bill Simmons know about this?

Mea maxima culpa.

I feel a responsibility to inform the board that the link I posted a week or so ago about the Ukrainian woman riding her motorcycle through the empty roads around Chernobyl is a hoax --- mostly. That brings to three the total of Internet hoaxes for which I've fallen, counting the Neiman-Marcus cookie recipe and Shapey's Slave Shoe Diaries.

I vaguely recall that Coneheads, which was otherwise forgettable, had a lot of funny material in the trailers that wasn't in the movie. One wonders why they (I don't know who 'they' are, but I'm counting on str8 to tell them) don't do this more often with stuff that doesn't make the last cut.

I think that he was suggesting that we should buy one of these for you, dearie.

[otherwise I'm as confused as you are.]

I think the implication is that Jackie Christie is as annoying as Debbie Clemens. I recall Jackie & Doug being annoying when they were in Toronto - the whole "love signals" from the court thingie.

This sums up their relationship dynamic pretty well.

I don't see many movies in the theater, but I saw Anchorman over the weekend. fun. ny. lots of previews these days. I think there were about 10 before the movie started.
Hey, I saw that this weekend, too. I thought that was you in the theater, but I wasn't sure. Sorry about the popcorn incident.

Is that what that stench was supposed to be? Flowers?!?! If there is a more foul smell than Nair, I'd like to know what it is. Maybe they've improved the smell since the 80s (when I last bought it -- ONCE, because that shit smelled so absolutely fetid -- how does anyone ever use that crap?).
Yes. It smelled like perm solution - on overload. How anyone used that crap is beyond me - and the burning, oh, the burning.
this is what I found amazing...
"Beard hair is thicker and coarser and harder to remove," Ms. Dobalo said. "We just don't have the science to support it."

That science would surely develop in a hurry if a future survey found that women had lost their fondness for the Grizzly Adams look.

I though we had already lost the fondness for the Grizzly Adams look. Like 15 years ago.
