My sister in law went to highschool with Lance's wife. They recently got back in touch after SIL was reading People and recognized her old friend (I think it was an article about marital problems between Lance and his wife). It was apparently not an easy feat to track them down to contact her.

Well, my S-i-L got a physical before she started training to take up long distance running, and apparently her resting heart rate was under 40, and her blood pressure was 90/60. I thought that made you clinically dead, but she's gotten through 3 marathons OK, so I guess not.

Still here for now, but not this weekend. I'm just ticked that it is supposed to be SMOKING hot this weekend, in the 90s, and thunderstorming on Saturday (while in the 90s), rather than the lovely clear high-70s weather we've been having this week.
