Hot or not?

In any event, I've known a number of very hot women (by both male and female standards, whatever those are). All but one of them had a good number of female friends, even the bitchy ones, though the bitchy ones tended to have bitchier friends (not necessarily better looking and thus more "competitive" friends, I'd note). All of the hotties had a noticeable minority of women act strangely around them on occasion, but it seemed to my observation a comparable number to those who appeared to treat them with more interest or respect because of their looks.

Apparently TM's definition of a hot woman is one who wouldn't condescend to get to know me because he would be surprised if I knew any hot women.**
BRC, your experience supports my impression that if a woman is almost universally hated by other women, it is because of the way she treats them, not because they are jealous of her looks. But we must be wrong because Thurgreed says it happens all the time!
**TM, I'd say the number of hot women I've known is probably in the range of a half-dozen. I'm having a harder time coming up with a hot woman who had almost no women friends, bitchy or not. On the flip side, how many hot women do you know who have almost no women friends? Do you know how they treat other women?
