ABBA's thing about calories in minus exercise is totally blown out of the water. Different people extract (sometimes radically) different amounts of calories from the EXACT SAME FOOD. They did the calc for calories that should be needed to maintain body weight for some obese chick, and she gained almost a pound a day over 2 weeks.

OTOH, I should exercise because it's healthy, and a stress reliever. Even if it doesn't make me skinny.

So now that Janelle knows that James threw the POV competition, what will she do? She knows she still needs him to vote her way, but if Howie doesn't win HOH next week, she's gone unless she wins POV again. Man she rocks in the competitions. Marcellas is hella mad at her, but then, he already was. No way Boogie lets the alliance of doom or whatever they're calling it vote Erika out. So Marcellas is gone. Chicken George has not aligned with anyone. But I think that is good for now. I don't know why Will and Boogie have not aligned with Janey and Howie. It seems that would be their smartest move since Janey wins all of the competitions.

The general statement seems pretty insipid if you were to compare the caloric needs of a fit athlete with a similarly sized couch potato. One has a much higher metabolism, and will need more calories. Nothing in the article suggests they adjusted for that either.
