I'm glad I missed the end of that K race. Nothing to see, nothing to see. Hopefully the socks are tucked safely in their drawers for a while. And I'm also happy that NFH won. The title? S'ok. Better than those Less ones, worse than the one I will use if I ever win a K race again. Meh.

Yesterday was the anniversary of the death of Jerry Garcia. I assume that paigow was talking about all of the Grateful Dead (and other Garcia music and interviews) that was played non-stop yesterday on the hippie radio stations.

Glad you're back. I have some questions-
How come even though you get say 10 pieces of sashimi you'll be given 1 shiso leaf? Is it impolite to tear it in half and eat it with two pieces? If it best to eat with the first piece you eat? The last?
Should it be for the stronger flavored fish? The milder? Can one ask for more without offending the Itamae?

I don't understand your problem. The ex-secretary is crazy, right. The ex-secretary has been fired. What are you worried about? A situation of your word against hers? What's the worst she can do?
