Agreed; I too noticed the inconsistency when I read the article. Sloppy drafting; opposing counsel will definitely rip him apart.
(I thought about using "timmy", but didn't want to look like I was trying too hard to be cool with all the oldskool lingo, etc. Plus, as noted above, I have a gun, so I bet you'll be OK with "nitpicky" - won't you? Yep, thought so.)
