How can you (or anyone) possibly disagree with my Point A -- a simple statement of fact?
Why do you disagree that the increased proportions of safe seats, brought about by more sophisticated gerrymandering over time and culminating in the redistricting after the 2000 decennial census (or, actually in Texas after 2002) -- has strengthened the control of the party with the majority of the seats in Congress?
