This time around, it looks like I'm going to be a real estate mogul, though I'll probably be starting up film studio too. I also have my eye on a few old buildings here in Houston that would be expensive to renovate, but very cool when done.

I'll then retire to do charity work, write a bit, and move my household every few months to another of my homes.
