People who order non-fat milk in their espresso drinks aren't necessarily doing it out of concern for fat intake.
Non-fat milk creates a higher-volume, more stabile foam when steam-frothed. Of course, the stability of your foam is less a concern for a latte than a cappuccino, and the use of whipped cream remains unpardonable. I suggest Fringey patronize a different coffee monopoly forthwith.
