I also have an annoying Starbucks story, this morning I ordered a Venti Iced Raspberry Quad white mocha. And said it loud and clear. She called it out as "grande" and I pointed out the venti part. she recalled it. She ommitted the Quad part so I had to specify "please, an extra shot of espresso" she gave me the death look. I was unapologetic. First of all, each addition increases the price of the drink and I said it slow, loud and clear if she didn't get it, it's not my fault. Please. So many people order "grande no foam 2/3 decaf extra hot yadda yadda mocha" and hover over the barista to make sure it's exactly right....mine was not so bad.
