Sandals, Clinton et al.
Okay, so silly me I wanted to kind of try to go see Clinton at his book signing. Baw ha ha ha ha ha. The line was around the corner and snaked three blocks down with crowd control barricades and police everywhere. Not. So much for swinging by at lunch, people have been camped out since last night. I don't have that kind of time.
So I bought cute sandals with little heels so I wouldn't trip and fall, but would look current with summer trends. Wow. Is there anything that makes sandals when you are breaking them in more comfortable? I now know why I was wearing comfortable clunky shoes for so long. Ouchie. I can't imagine the stiletto version how does one balance in those?
Last, does anyone get stalked on their morning commute if you see the same people over and over on the train or the bus or whatnot? Yesterday some fat gross guy with his pants up to his chest stopped near me and picked his wedge. I gave him a dirty look he went away for a split second, came back and sat down across from me and stared at me. This has happened to me over and over, some weird looking 80's aviator glasses wearing fat oddly dressed slob sitting across from me staring at me hovering like he wants to talk. Sitting accross from me like 7 times in a row....I finally moved. The lost and lonely like latch on to me, what is up with that? Don't I look bitchy enough or something????
