I won't fuck you, but I will suggest you try good, old fashioned, benadryl. Only take it at night though, it will make you sleep.
The s/o takes flonase and swears by it. It's not cheap though and definitely not OTC.
I think things vary from person to person though, cause nothing, not even the flonase, really helped with the cats.
