Since my employer has hotter women under his personal purview than I do, I imagine he would be quite eager to draw distinctions between sexual harrassment and rape.
Oh, and the fact that he practices civil litigation, which he still understands to be fundamentally different from criminal law. I imagine this is a fine point for a transactional lawyer, but it's kinda our bread and butter.
