Figures that it took 45 minutes for a bunch of bankers to figure this out. At least they got the right result (which is more than you can say for them, oh, 60% of the time).
EDGAR should not be an authority for anything (except for what did the issuer acutally file), as it is filled with documents that were created by bankers who, as I mentioned, are wrong at least 60% of the time.
(No hyphen for compound when the first word is an adverb ending in "ly". Duh.)
