of a 1 partner firm. he got crapped out because his reviews all said everyone hated him and so he couldn't work on group projects, and all younger lawyers refused to work with him. He was told he had to become nicer. He actually called me to ask how he could get people to like him (I did not bring up the urinal), but he couldn't change. Career path change, consider other opportunities. In the end, justice.
