Its probably weak Kerry. Last time it was 50-45-4 Gore-W-Nader. Gore probably polled higher than Kerry will due to familiarity and Clinton. I think the Gorton-Cantwell senate race was more indicative of the ideological split which is close to 50-50. Seattle is hardcore leftwing tree hugging granola munching dem and the rest of the state is pretty solid pickup truck with a shotgun rack republican. It may come down to how Nethercutt does against Patty Murray and which of those two have longer coattails, if and to the extent either has any.
In seattle, Bush definitely has me, Mario my cubicle mate is sort of a middle of the road rino but he lost a bet to me and has to vote for W. I have already threatened my wife with divorce if she doesn't vote W, so we have 3 in Seattle right now.
