Femme fatale. Basically, Rebecca is trying to steal this very valuable outfit the brunette is wearing. They are making out (and eventually having sex) in the bathroom as she cuts off the brunette's outfit and passes it to an accomplice.
I rarely say this about mainstream movies and their lesbian scenes, but this scene is pretty hot.
ETA, it is right at the start of the movie.
