May I ask why this concerns you? I mean, I guess you could make the argument that a man who is running for President should be concerned with such matters, but then again, he
isn't the President, so does it really matter that he didn't make a comment on it at that moment? I mean, it's not as if it involved a policy decision on his part, except in theory. I actually don't think it's a bad thing to refrain from commenting on something when you're not informed enough to do so.
