(1) Do they still give you some massive series of shots if you have been bitten by a potentially rabid animal? (I was raised in terror of this prospect -- it seemed like there were always news stories in The Ancestral Homeland circa 19xx about little Johnny Whatshisname, who was bitten by a wild dog, which escaped, and so he had to get a series of painful injections with huge needles into his stomach.)
(B) Is the word "rabies" singular or plural? Rabies is bad or rabies are bad?
(iii) Rabid Raccoons sounds like the name of an alt-country band.
