I'm mostly just disgusted that Berger's career is getting trashed for no good reason. The breathless stories on CNN bother me maybe as much as whoever leaked it.

NOw he knows how Bork felt. The only difference (other than the fact that Bork's stature was so much greater than anything this Bergen person has ever known) is that the demorats have to be such girlie-men about it.
