Like most offensive stuff, it depends on the sensitivity of the person you were talking to. My gay brother could care less about the word cocksucker, which is good because it's heavily used in my profanity rotation. Of course, my brother also knows that a good 50 percent of my friends are gay, and I assume that he knows that I myself have sucked cock, though it's never been soemthing that we've discussed.
