Any ideas? I'm pretty useless as my focus is on avoiding children.

I've done a bit of research on the issue, but no first hand experience (yet). Lots of places in Mexico and the Carribean have pretty extensive "kids clubs," especially in the all-inclusive places. If your friends don't mind being labeled as proles, there are even places in Jamaica that assign each family a "vacation nanny."
Lots of good info here.
