Your comments fit Bush equally well, if not better. It's the White House that pressured Pakistan to announce the capture of Al Qaeda operatives during the Democratic National Convention and then -- lo and behold! -- they did, in press conference while Kerry was about to give his speech. In the middle of the night in Pakistan, so you don't need to wonder whose benefit that was for.
So Kerry is a "psychopath" because he points out that the last president to use the phrase "turn the corner" about a recovery was Herbert Hoover? And likening Bush to Hoover in this way means that he's mentally ill and will do anything to get elected? The funny thing is, the words you're using are the same as words in the English language, but evidently they have different meanings.

Did you view the 12 minute ad I posted a couple of days ago? Yes, there is some creative editing in it, but to see how far Kerry has moved and the contortions he goes through to get there is chilling.

No, I missed some posts recently, so I don't know what you mean. But the "contortions" in Kerry's record that I've seen described are usually more fairly described as anything but when put in context. For example, senators may vote against a bill quite similar to one they support because that's how the procedures work. It's surely no surprise that the Bush folks are trying to use this against Kerry, but one hopes that most voters who are undecided will be smart enough to see through this crap.

I used to think he was a decent guy who, in a worst case scenario, wouldn't be THAT bad as president. I even was considering not voting for Bush, as a protest on the issues on which I disagree with him. But now I wouldn't be able to live with myself if I did that and Kerry ends up winning.

I've never been a big Kerry fan, but I think he'd make a decent president. The job he did on the POW/MIA thing with McCain showed some real leadership skills. But your willingness to swallow your concerns about Bush's policies because you buy all of these attacks on Kerry's character is testament to the way that the GOP wins elections.
