The Google searches I ran with the obvious words didn't turn up what you're talking about. I'd be curious to see it. And in any event, I'm sure there are a bunch of guys who were graduate students in Wisconsin at the time who would make a television ad saying that Dick would only have shagged Lynne to avoid being shot at, and that he's unfit to be VP.
