So a flip-flop is bad if you do it to get an elected position, but it's OK if you do it to keep your job because your boss has a different view? Right.

On your Con Law "lesson," cite, please. The only provision I see for the removal of the Vice President is Article II, Section 4, but that doesn't say what you say. In fact, it tends to contradict you. Maybe you should hold off on the lessons until you've watched Schoolhouse Rock again.
