Salon had a good article the other day assessing all the polls that are out there: http://www.salon.com/news/feature/20...lls/index.html
The site whose map I posted and which I linked to bases the map on the most recent poll in every state. They update it daily, and tell you which states reflect new information. So in the case of Ohio, it's using the first poll you listed. Ohio has been red recently, but just flipped. Lord knows it may flip several more times again.
