On the war on terrorism, I was referring specifically to Dept of Homeland Insecurity, or whatever Ridge's bureaucracy is called. I have no confidence in it. As for the rest of the war on terrorism, Larry Davis has my proxy. It wasn't going all that badly when Bush took his eye off the ball to go to war with Iraq.
