For the entire Lawtalkers community:

In the future, if something is posted through the use of this Admin sock, at least three of the four current admins have agreed upon the action being taken through the use of this Admin sock. Individual admins still have full authority to enforce the TOS. However, if something is posted using this sock, it is because we feel the issue is of the utmost concern to the community, has been fully discussed and a consensus has been reached on that issue.

Good one SS, but your ass is sure to be banned now.
