Don't bother asking Bilmore to defend his argument that Bush's tax cut helped most people. He can't. He can't explain why the little guy cares about anything other than how much they're effective tax rate is reduced, and given that people are envious, how much rich people's effective tax rates are cut. Simple as pie. Bilmore's stats are red herring, that aren't even pickled well.
